An appointment is only confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed. The payment secures your time slot and reserves the astrologer’s availability exclusively for you.
3. Rescheduling
We understand emergencies may occur. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request a reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Rescheduling is allowed only once, and is subject to availability.
4. No Show
If a client fails to attend the consultation at the scheduled time without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
5. Technical Issues
In the rare case of technical issues or delays from our side (e.g., internet connectivity or platform errors), we will make every effort to reschedule your session at a mutually convenient time.
